At Wokes Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a fair and transparent return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Proof of purchase is mandatory.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at wokes.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide return instructions and approval.
3. Securely pack the item and ship it using a trackable courier service.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or engraved jewellery
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items showing signs of wear or damage

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
